I'm not typically what you would call a writer I mean I do write but only when I get bored or under extreme circumstances..lol the story begins. I don't know why, but I find comfort in my writing and it's kinda wierd, but it just helps me release what's going on at the time and I can't talk about. I mean sure it feels stupid but it works right? So anyway I thought I would introduce myself and stuff before I post my story so that It's not completely wierd..

So my name is Shelby. I'm a freshman in High School and currently locate in western South Dakota. I live with my mom in a trailor house and am the oldest of four kids. Which is kinda wierd being the oldest..but I get to drive first so....lol. I started watching American Idol and fell in love with David Cook when he was in the top twelve.I guess you could say I'm a typicall teenager, but instead of going to school dances and football games I find refuge in my room writing and making my peice of mind known because sometimes you just have to be a bitch about things haha. I try not to be but you know Everybody just had those days. Some of my best friends don't even live close to me and I love talking so...If I get ahead of myself before I do something..don't mind me. haha. One day I want to be a singer also...but right now I'm just hanging out being a student...okay well then back to science class

And writing is cathartic, a great way to express yourself, and it beats drugs or smoking, so good for you!

I was lurking around on Illusions Of cook and found this brilliant place! So I thought you know I would check it out and so here I am...nah we were on the computers looking up something that really had nothing to do with science so here I am and yes this is much better than drugs!@
